yes. take it slow and with plenty of water. build up to as much as you feel comfortable with. i would have to look to see what the recommended dosage is for therapeutic purposes, but since we are talking about the stomach or thereabouts, any amount will help. take with plenty of water. i suggest using empty vegcaps to put the tincture in. i did that just today. take immediately or they will melt.
