I know... I have taken similar enemas in the past when I have had this problem and they turned out to ALMOST be nightmares.

I do not have these problems any longer and was just trying to get a better understanding is all.

I am regular I just wasnt sure if one should do this on a regular basis or if it is even needed...

Thank you though... I am assuming it is not needed..
