I have been reading some of your old posts about bloating and bad gas and some other ones that are along that same line. It has been a long time since I have had that problem however I was wondering (i guess for future reference) I read that the ACV is the kind of enema that you have suggested and was wondering what does one use or buy to get it in? (for a lack of a better way to say it)

I dont mean to sound like an idiot but I mean I have taken enemas before but have never come across an empty bottle like that and was just wondering if it was like a special place you had to buy those kind of bottles or some kind of make shift bottle that one would make.

Another question I had was could one even do this if they are not having these problems? I mean obviously everyone has some form of gas every once in awhile but I mean just to flush out the colon??

I dont want to do something that may be worthless for me to do. I understand that you dont know my exact situation but I consider myself to be a healthy young female. I guess I dont want to do it for the sack of doing it. But if its normal for one to do every so often then I would like to try at least. Its got me curious wondering if I could have benefits from this.

You just add some ACV to warm water and put in this enema bag and inject this into the rectum up into the colon.

I beleive they give instructions?
