the last poster should do a lot more research before commenting about the flu and d3

I got a major flu a month ago and did 75,000 IU 3 days in row (as per info on vitd council)
completely wiped it out!

some researchers have look into the fact that d def in winter is the fuel that drives the spread of the flu infection and maybe why it dies out in sunnier months.
