I am planning another liver flush, and contemplating this time to follow it up with a coffee enema, except I am worried about the potential effects of coffee on my system. I have not had any cofeee or black tea for over 25 years, and avoided everything with caffein in it. Chocolate after 2 p.m. would asure a restless night because my heart would be racing, same thing with chocolate cake. Every morning I have problems with my heart racing, because I am in menopause, so I don't want to make things worse. Yet, I read about the good things of coffee enemas. Any advise would be appreciated.
