I don't know what Dr Bisci has to say about it, I see no mention of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement on his site.

If nothing got through to the digestive tract ( I assume you mean the small and large bowel where the bacteria are) then Miracle-Mineral-Supplement would be ineffective against dysentry, intestinal parasites, candida and other intestinal infections.

I am sure it does get right through the bowel especially when it causes watery diarrhea
