I don't understand it either. Why would a guy, who is into body building, want to fast to skeletal? That isnt what fasting is even about and it does stike me as eating disorder behavior, yet he doent seem like he has one. Very confusing.
I don't know why you took such flack for "preaching" about good eating. Fasts are not starvation diets, they are healing tools and proper food before and after the fast is just as important, if not more so, as the fast itself.
