For the whole week, my day started with apple-grapefruit juice with superfood. Also, i've been taking L-GB formula and detox. Do you think it is an adequate preparation for LF?
Also, can I mix lemon-grapefruit juice with olive oil, and add ginger and garlic in the mix? Can't wait for LF!
