could you please tell me how many caplets you're taking per day of Primal defense? I just started taking this myself about 2 weeks ago... I also had a few colon hydrotherapy done and it was a great experience.

I've only been taking one per day, I can't tell the difference if it's working because I'm not sure what kind of benefits to experience by taking this. I just heard this stuff is great so I'm giving it a try.
