Is Mountain Rose Herb a good place to get BC and AC? Or any place such as iHerb or your local health food is fine. There's no purity/potentcy issue with them.

What is your everyday recommendation (not making herbs) for washing veggies with the Bentonite Liquid? Is a quick soak (couple of mins) effective to rinse off toxins?
