I was just pointing that out relative to mainstream conventional recommendation. You DO want to make sure you get a laxative effect, so less than protocol recommedation can still work.

I flush every 2-3 weeks (standard frequency). 2 full evening doses.
Water, saltwater in the morning and MAYBE an after ES dose.

My off weeks with a coffee enema is just 1 tablespoon prior. I always drink a lot of water when doing Liver-Flush or CE. So any salt, epsom or otherwise, will flush out.

(Have no clue how various doses would effect bile ducts ... and there are things I believe Clark has no clue about either - she just states it with conviction, but still, she is my primary (modified) method of choice)
