I hear you steve....experimentation, tweaking, accident.... Esp. I'm at the early stage of LFlushing, my body fluxes so much.... Things never go according to plan....

Yeah.... HC's Liver-Flush calls for 4Tbsp (2 before and 2 after) in less than 24hrs. That's three times the recommended dosage. I'm not too comfortable doing that on a weekly basis. BTW, how often do you flush?
