Hello Everyone;

I recently posted a letter regarding the Dr. Mist spray, I had such wonderful things to say about Dr. Mist until it stopped working. Had listened to Mary 88 I would have known quicker. But all is not lost, since then I have been taking zinc and magnesium which seems to work okay But you know how it is u can't keep taking vitamins eveytime we eat So...

Last week I stumbled across a wonderful website about Body Odor remedies and it has info about supplements vitamins and also wonderful remedies for helping BO. They have things regarding apple cider vinegar, mixing peroxide and water in a spray bottle and other things.

I'm not going to recommend any remedies because I feel if you guys go to the site u can choose what remedy you want to try and see what works for you, because what may work for you may not work for someone else. But any way the website is http://www.earthclinic.com/CURES/body_odor.html
this site also has cautions about certain things that may be harmful if taking too much of them(vitamins and supplements too) I have been doing 2 of the remedies but I will not recommend them until doing them for at least 2 months. Any way I'm hoping that you guys get some ideas and please use wisdom, God Bless you.
