who practises it?
what benefits?
what happens if you suddenly stop doing it and stick with only 5 rites? not because of not being able to be celebate but for example because you just don't get the urge to be transmuted or so?
and in second edition of book of five rites, man who does exercises in photos, who is it? How old is he?
And if you are already young and use this rite what will happen?
