I did that the day before yesterday and honestly I didn't want to eat more than a handful. I attributed that to the rich buttery taste of the roasted pumpkin seeds though because things that have a buttery taste or smell turn me off due to being lactose intolerant.

well I've already bought the COQ10 so I am going to try it this friday.
