I think this is good news. Just wondering...will you be growing any of these healthy foods in your garden and check the brix? It would be interesting to see how healthy you could actually make this.

Right now I'm trying to grow a meyer lemon tree to see if I can have lemons with higher brix and without the NPN problems that I'm having with store bought lemons.
