Still doing the garlic, cayenne, showers, and echinacea. Are there any possible side effects with echinacea? I've read it may change gut bacteria in some people.

I'll see if I can avoid the laser, at least have them do the freezing technique which stimulates natural healing. I want them to show me this tear before anything is done. I know something is up because of the sudden onslaught of floaters in one eye.
