Each to their own. Contrary to what you say, I don't go round trying to convert people. I didn't know you were on a pot noodle diet, but I am wondering if that is making you act the way you do sometimes. I mean that post you did had a go at religion, and then tried to tie in nutritarianism as being a kind of religion, that was very inflamatory. But it's not a religion. It's just a word. A word that was coined by one of modern day's leading fasting experts, who wrote a book called "Fasting and EATING for Health".
Nutritarianism is just eating healthily, it's what our ancestors have been doing for many years, but they didn't have the luxury of supermarkets. Another good book that explains the problem "The Pleasure Trap" by Lisle and Goldhamer, with a chapter on fasting. Alan Goldhamer runs a fasting clinic http://www.healthpromoting.com
Look at the promotional video and what do they talk about? Wind on to 3 mins and 20 seconds:
So I am simply looking at what modern day fasting clinics do. These days we have processed food, and I would consider the average person who eats an average diet as a processed person. If you don't buy into that, that's fine, but this is Curezone where people come to look for alternative solutions, and we discuss such things here. Even pot noodle if you want. But to try and label nutritarianism as being a "religion" that I am pursuing is complete nonsense.
It's also not true to say that I have not used nutritarianism since Brucester mentioned it. I have been on holidays, and doing other things.
Regarding "mental illness", well I actually don't think there is such a things mental illness, but the fact it is being discussed does indicate that Brucester is acting somewhat outside normal parameters, and Rainy was concerned about him. I know you can't stand religion, but I answered Rainy's posts without causing World War 3, which is sometimes how your posts come across.
And regarding your own health, I wish you well, but chances are you won't be as healthy as someone on a plant based diet. Like I said, each to their own.
