Chris, I found your link very interesting and a related link to B12 I found on the same site. I will certainly keep protein and starch food seperate from now on in as I have to admit almost everything I eat is a combo of the two. I also overeat, binge eat etc. I 'cured' this over a year a go with an extended water fast, but following the death of my grandma slipped back into my old binge eating ways- I endeavour to fast again to get back on track and will ensure my refeed follows your advice. I just need to do it instead of talk about it!

My mood is still very low, have had a stupidly teary/down week so definetley have not noticed a lift since the injection. I'll see if my mood's better with the change in diet. I'll let you know if I notice an improvement.
