Thanks for your suggestion! I'll try that. I thought that lemons were acid forming, that's why I was staying away from them.

Does the magnesium come in powder form? Do I mix it with some water? I have a mixed powder of Magnesium and something else. (Can't remember right now....but they are popular together). Can I take that?

Where can I buy coconut oil? I heard about it but it's hard to find. The one I bought comes in a jar and looks like lard, so I can't drink it.
