Hi Joanne!

I am on the Mildest stage so I am doing only 2 P&B shakes a day, and I do feel VERY different. I think mainly because when this stuff comes out, I feel so much lighter, without that heaviness feeling I've always had. I have more energy and "zip" throughout the day. Maybe it also has to do with the fact that I've cut out all the junk food and am on Fruits & Veg. All I know is that I have relief now from my SEVERE constipation which I've had for a very long time.
