Ive heard so many differnt things about acidity/ alkaline in regrards to candida. As far as I know the bowel is supposed to be acidic and that candida thrive in an alkaline environment. I dont really undestand why so many people advocate "alkalinizing". Reguarding the ACV enemas, ive had success with them, but you have to be careful you dont use too much, and it has to be the RAW kind of ACV. I think 1 tablespoon per quart of water is what i used.... cant really remember.
You should google it to make sure.
