From what you wrote, I understand that long term use of distilled water might be harmful (as opposed to normal water) when other elemets of healthy living are neglected.

Sorry, if I seem to get too intellectual about this water topic. - I really don't want to. I just read a lot of confusing things about distilled water and at this moment I don't feel completely comfortable yet with using it long term.
