IF people ARE eating a wholesome/ healthy Diet IF they have cleansed (or are) cleansing & healing their digestive tract; IF they are supplementing their diet with some version of a 'superfood' and doing their best to ensure adequate plant-based nutrition...then yes, your assumption is correct.
