ok - christmas was a *long* time ago. if it was really a stuck stone, you'd've known about it earlier!

i'd try flushing again for sure - or if you don't feel happy about doing that, try this protocol for a week and then see where you're at:

i used to have dreadful healing crises after a flush, but i persevered and now it's all good.

it's kind of hard to know what else to say to you without knowing your current health problems, diet, supplements etc...
