I had tingling and numbness too. They thought I may have MS or Lupus. Nothing. Mainly my scare was the left side of my face went numb. Never had a migraine and rarely headaches. My dentist pinpointed it to my mandibular nerve in the lower cheek.jaw area. He is the one who suggested I see a neuro.
I have had some mild headaches since removal (3 weeks ago), but not too bad. I had/have tingling in my coochie/pelvis area. More like a mild vibration of some electrical sort. WEIRD!!! No, it's not pleasant, ha ha, but it comes and goes. It's just annoying. It got really bad just before I removed this last one and the timing was about the same as when it hit me with #1.(6 month mark) My chiro thinks there could be some nerves radiating in that area. (Tell me the Docs. don't think I am a lunatic!!!) I even thought I was losing it.
I have had a lot of back pain since #1, but I think it got better as the years passed, (maybe my body was getting used to it being there)until this #2 went in and it started to flare up all over again. I figured it was because I had stopped going to the gym, (too tired) My back is getting better every day now. I am back to seeing him 1 x a week. It helps. This thing seemed to attack my joints and muscles. It's all so strange. I hope we will all be 100% one day. I hope we have not been the test rats!!!
