Candida, or gut yeast, can colonize the GI tract and weigh up to two pounds. That's a lot of factory making the most toxic chemical endemic to the body, ACETALDEHYDE. Acetaldehyde eats tissue, and is what destroys the liver of alcoholics, not the alcohol per se.

Neutralize Acetaldehyde with PANTETHINE, the metabolized form of B-5. As a bonus, the Pantethine will remove "trash" cholesterol and fats from the body. Take Caprylic Acid or Undecylenic Acid to whack back the Candida, while taking Pantethine (one trade name is "Cholesteril")to neutralize the Acetaldehyde.

Candida roots through the guts causing Leaky Gut Syndrome, letting Acetaldehyde into the bloodstream along with undigested food particles. What a sick feeling. Heal up the holes in the guts with R-Lipoic Acid taken with sugar-free meals.

Lay off the Sugar and starches and NO YEAST BREADS or beer that has yeast food in it. Recolonize the GI tract with friendly gut bugs and have a happy life. Beware of steroids and birth control pills that will ramp up Candida colonization. Blessings!
