If you click on their link for Colon Hydrotherapy they have a picture of the colonic machine they use which is as modern and state-of-the art as you can buy (that's a 5 figure $$$ device).

Their charge for a colonic is $70 which is very reasonable. They also promote a herbal product, Potty Toddy, and if you don't feel you need something like that, and just want a colonic, don't be afraid to politely decline if they attempt to pressure you to purchase it.
