Follow the Hulda Clark e recipe to the letter the first time. Then, you can adjust the recipe as you want the next time. Why follow the recipe EXACTLY the first time? You want it to work. The first time you don't know exactly how you will respond. If you follow the recipe exactly, then you have a predictable response. After that you can tweak the recipe, and you will have a base line to know if your tweaking worked well or not. Make sure the grapefruit juice is FRESH Squeezed. The canned stuff won't work.
