Thank you for your replies you guys.
I've been looking for the selenomethionine in our local stores, but so far haven't found any. I'm trying to not spend money because our construction business is struggling (heck it's pretty much gone dormant.) But maybe I'll break down and order it. (one of the reasons I need to get healthy is so I can get a job if things don't pick up soon.)
Now, what do you mean exactly by distilling water? I don't even know what distilled water is(except that you can buy it). You said "rocks in water cause bone spurs." Do you mean sediment, sand etc in our well water?
Do you know how to get rid of bone spurs?
As far as the SSKI , I haven't received it yet, but I am looking forward to trying it.
Plant fats, I've got canned olives and lots of nuts and sunflower seeds (?), could get some avacodos.
