Can Lyme's be passed from person to person- yes. But, should you have a fear of your son or family staying with you? No, just be careful like you would if you had any type of "infectious disease"- don't be drinking out of the same glass etc. I still can't get my husband trained to not drink out of the milk carton straight out of the fridge..he was single for too many years before we married.

I don't know if it sunk in, but I got after the granddaughter we were coaching in Jr High basketball, for continually drinking out of drinks with other people. Watch kids, they do it all the time. How many parents/kids do too?

My concern..is for how long I probaby have had it without knowing it--3rd grade. Someday, I hope to get my 20 something year old kids to at least do the biofeedback testing for it too. What have I passed on to them? In fact, Newport has a good post talking about the Miasm's on the Lyme forum today.
