i worked as a carpenter for a guy in fairbanks. he would annonce in the morning a drug test. then he asked everyone if they had drugs. if you did, you passed. then we would smoke and go to work. he built the most beautiful custom log homes. made a million by the time he was 30. met with planning commissions and politicos utterly fubar and tell us the tales later.
