well, im going to do it next saturday, i dont want to stress my system.

I wont do it in the daytime next week either, I made a mistake by doing that.

I will do it this saturday night.

The epsom gave me bad diarrhea.

I got all my timing wrong as well, I was too impatient and only waited an hour between each epsom and olive oil etc.

Its a lot easier than I thought. You cant even taste the olive oil if you cut it with enough juice, and stir it a lot with a fork so it is mixed and not separated.
