Good stuff. I've moved from P&B cleansing (did get MP and other gunk out), but now using Colosan. DON'T buy the capsules...get the powder....more effective I think.

Colosan is $10 cheaper too. I believe the recommended dose is every morning for one week, then going to maintenance...2 x /week.

Be sure to start with a little less than recommended...it can *really* make you go if you use too much.
