I too had a bad bleph. One eye is much more hollow than the other. The asymmetry really bothers me. I don't look like myself anymore.

In the morning, when my eyes are still puffy, I look the best. I have made it a habit to keep the smaller eye's eyebrow sort of raised to compensate. I botox the other eye to keep that eyebrow down.

I tried the filler Restylane. I would recommend it for the tear trough area but not the upper lid. It's bumpy and it doesn't ever go away in that area.

I am looking into microfat injections. One doctor, who does this surgery, is Dr. Tom Roberts, from South Carolina. I have seen a photo of his work in the magazine "New Beauty" Fall/winter 2006.

I visited a doctor about the fat strip method, but I decided not to try that. I was too afraid of making matters worse. He didn't have photos showing outcomes.

I found that having my teeth whitened helped to take some of the focus off of my eyes.

Let me know if you find something that works. My best to you.
