I would LOVE to bring attention to this with the legal system. I think all the gals with perforations and physical, longterm and/or permanant problems should definitely contact this guy. (I contacted the last lawyer about this, and they were only interested in the above girls.)
the problem I see, is that with most of us, although we can pinpoint mirena as the catalyst, we really dont have "proof". when you talk to him can you mention this?
A class action lawsuit would bundle all our problems together and make a much better case-strength in numbers. Individually-I think the majority of us would get tossed out. Yes, maybe bayer would settle the individual cases-I guess that would just depend on corporate policy. It's a good possibility b/c it is jut as expensive to hire a lawyer-but I would rather make them pay by admission than by giving me $. (which says a lot, cause I am broke! :) thanks for pursuing this! I look forward to hearing what you talk to him about on monday.
