Hi Moreless

Just wanted to give you an update. My BF has been taking the Peppermint Oil under his nose since yesterday morning and I can tell you that it has made a big improvement in his ability to spit up the phlegm that he has. I havent put any on his chest yet because he has seen a big time improvement just from the applications under his nose.

Although he hasnt tried the Milk of Magnesia yet because he says that he likes the results he is seeing from the Peppermint Oil. I guess I am not going force something on him when he feels he is getting the results he wants.
