hi. i wonder if you are allergic to the type of vitamin c you are taking. try another brand, preferably a good one. or perhaps get your vitamin c from foods. why are you taking c anyway?
the temp of your enema can be up to 103degrees, i believe. someone might have tried higher. i have read that cold enemas cause cramping.
i have tried water, coffee, probiotic enemas. i have always had a need to evacuate. do you see that the liquid is being emptied from the bag? if it isn't, you need to make sure you have the nozzle in the open area of your colon, so it can start to drain into your intestine. in other words, make sure it isn't blocked.
it's really great that you are using enemas. try organic coffee enema with reverse osmosis water. you should feel and/or hear your gallbladder squeeze out the bile from the liver. this is the whole point to the coffee enema. personally i think your enemas are on the cool side. i look forward to hearing about it!
