So..........on day 13 I am feeling generally O.K. but there are moments like last night while lying down watching T.V. where I started getting/noticing heart palpitations? Like my heart would speed up and just race for a short time, I was feeling really scared when that happened.....then it went away. But it is scary to me.
Not sure if I should be really worried about this? This also happened on day 4 of this fast. My pulse rate is normally very high (before the fast).


Also I am wondering how low would be considered too low for BP? Mine was averaging 127/77 before the fast. But resting pulse usually 77 or so.
My blood pressure back in December, before I quit smoking was averaging 154/90's.


I have noticed that I have beome very sensitive and it is like I want to "cocoon"". Loud voices, noises bother me.....to the point where it seems like my skin hurts from them. Weird but I don't know how else to explain it.


I have also been sunbathing every day that I can.....thankfully we are having some sunny days now, and the warmth is very comforting.
