I wouldn't use apple juice if there is a candida issue. 3 qts of apple juice is alota Sugar :(
I do still take the 4 oz of coke in the mix in spite of the bad stuff in it--I know I couldn't get it down and keep it down through the night without it.

I just take mag malate (malic acid) regularly so I can do Liver Flushes without the apple juice.

There's always yay's and nay's, but I have taken phosphoric acid like the "coke flush" calls for, in water. I don't think it opens the bile duct like I've heard people say, but it's one of the things that will break up calcified kidney stones- and is supposed to soften the stones. But, I've had large stones, and wanted to make sure I had done what I could to make sure they passed ok. The one time I decided to do the Coke flush as it is written, without the epsoms..was the only time I've gotten a stone get lodged- and it wasn't a large stone. If you ever feel like something is lodged, taking Epsom Salts will get it to move. That's what worked for me later in the afternoon after I knew it wasn't moving out.

I think the most important part is the Epsom Salts to open the bile ducts for the stones to pass through the bile duct.

The next Full Moon is May 8th, so a Liver Flush sometime this weekend, or the first part of next week, and then following up with a war on the parasites would be good timing. It's not an old wives tale, that really is one of the most opportune times to kill them.

Don't take supplements the day of the flush.
