Usually everything makes me feel worse.... I have done colonics and just recently my first enema.....

They both had me feeling a little worse and then eventually better..... colonics are worth it in the long run....because it is a super fast way of getting things out....

Mainly about an hour after either I would get my usual symptoms of confusion,anger, anxiety..and vision loss/problems, numbness, and ringing in the ears........ but gradually as I carried on with the colonics... the aftershock would be less and less....

In my opinion it is worth it.....

Are you in the middle of Amalgam removal? What are your symptoms?
