I'm also still taking Molybdenum, 1-1.5 mg 3x a day. I got the one on iherb that was just 150 mcg, and am now ordering the one that is 300 to not have to take so many.

I backed off of the large amounts of ascorbic acid, pharma Vitamin C I was taking 3-4x a day--and backed off of the amount of cloves (manganese). I set the zinc aside for now too. Just taking the moly.
