No clay for me.

Niacinamide in 500mg tabs, 2x500mg per meal for the NADH cycle and Liver phase II adjustment.

B2 in 100mg tabs, 3-4x100mg per meal ala HC for dye and pesticide detox. Can also show when Thallium toxic.
I seem to be past this stage for now anyhow, the Potassium Asparatate does a good job on Thallium.

Chlorella and Konjacu bind toxins in the bowels and that is the #1 way to reabsorb them for Lyme people since we carry biofilm there as well.
