You want to be sure to take an oil of some sort with coq10 for better absorption too. Coconut oil would be good.

I didn't take just one dose of the coq10 to kill my gut Tapeworms either, I got the bottle from iherb that is 600 mg, pharma grade- 60 per bottle, and I took 6-7 of them every other night for as long as the bottle lasted..but also taking it with the ozonated olive oil 1 TB am and pm (and in the middle of the night if I felt them moving !), plus I also took the L-Cysteine 3x a day like Hulda says.

I took all 3 of them for 3 weeks, and didn't back off of the herbs at the same time I was also taking them.

I also didn't do just one 3 week round of them. I didn't just kill the 2 tapeworms, but I also had very large roundworms (and eggs) I killed with the Clark clean up too.

Just my opinion, I know the coq10 off of the store shelves is not cheap..but I would not do just one dose of it. The NOW pharma product from iherb is $50 a bottle, or $100 for the same exact thing in a health food store.

I didn't have problems taking that much of it...just the "normal" zombie sleepiness from the die off of killing the big things.

LOL--You could sit in a tub of Sugar water for 3 hours like Dariushsweden did, trying to lure it out. :)

I'm thinking you had an MRI before to try to find head parasites? If you seriously do have a tapeworm, or cyst in your brain, you may not want to kill it without Dr's supervision. Does your Integrative Dr know what you are doing? I don't mean to scare you, but I would definetly be taking lots of bromelain like Newport says to clean up the dead parasites/cysts too. And IP-6.

Seriously..I know this stuff...I've been watching House :) and finally got to see the Pilot show Newport told me about with the Tapeworm cyst in the woman's brain.
