I spent most of last year killing worms and liver flushing BUT I waited until 9 months into it to really get going with the probiotics! After only TEN days of this the terrible KNOT/pain went away.
Also after FOUR years of no help from docs, JUICING fresh juices and avoiding fats got me stable, nourished and hydrated so I wouldn't have to die and had the time to keep going.
Probiotics and lactic acid cultured/fermented foods = big help while working on worms and diet.
