I've found I could drive my self to the funny farm, trying to figure it all out.

I believe there are so many types of parasites, at various stages, in various places, and that they all can morph into something else.

Perhaps we hope to discover some particular secret way of whapping this one or that...but maybe it's just better to keep an eye on what actually does happen, while going at cleansing, deworming, and rebuilding in the most sensible way we can see.


Even if we do 'get' one or all critters at one blow, there is always next time...and how our bodies react, when they are ready to.


Cleansing, deworming, and rebuilding are how we keep ourselves functioning in top condition, anyway...whether we do it with food, or any other way.

I know from doing that this way works, and my 'events' have been amazing.

Going through an 'event' today, as a matter of fact.


I've also found that attitudes and experiences from childhood bury themselves in our tissues, if we are unable to handle them. And, a simple trigger realization, when we are older, may release the 'deposit'.


Being well is an amazing journey. Start where it seems like a good idea...but keep to the common sense side of things.

It works just as well, and safely.
