Is that source of magnesium taurate in powder form?
I do have some taurine that I bought when I had gall bladder problems last winter, but I quit using it after noticing some weird side effects. I could try it again along with some of the magnesium citrate maybe.
The magnesium chloride/Slow Mag gives me head aches and causes fluid retention of a pound or two. It makes my eyes puffy.
I must be some kind of a strange bird to be so sensitive to everything when other people do well.
I will look into your magnesium taurate. Surely one of these forms will agree with me!
I should add, that I'm also taking 4-6mg Iodine a day, selenium, vit C and a B-complex.
