I give it my highest recommendation for your friend - it is the strongest immune booster known to man and it both makes chemo more effective and either eliminates or lessens all known side effects.  Aloe is also a good idea as suggested by Hetty, but I would not forego the oleander and they will ship anywhere in the world.

In addition to the normal anti-cancer protocol I recommend, I have some specific suggestions for ovarian cancer your friend might want to consider too.

Ovarian cancer can be a tough one, especially when one has cancer that has spread to other locations and is using damned chemo - which virtually NEVER is successful against metasticized cancer and weakens the body's first natural line of defense, the immune system.  I would never opt for chemo.
