try to avoid any caffeine and get enough sleep from 9 or 10 at night till 5 or 6 morning, also try this: smile even when there is nothing to smile about,even fake it a lot, this will release certain chemicals in the brain and body and will balance your brain chemicals, try to keep doing that and see if it work with you.
