If it's a sign of JUST ketosis - then why the heck did the smell only come on AFTER DAY TWENTY-EIGHT??? And if anyone bothered to read all my posts instead of just those two, they would have known it was a VERY successful fast...with loads of ENERGY experienced on my part UP UNTIL THAT POINT.

And, after I resumed eating - even FRUIT - did ketosis and dramatic weight-loss CONTINUE?

But hey - keep on fasting - by all means

it's why I left - even when I was meticulous and warned people because of what I went through - people are gonna do what they want to anyway.

the family DIDn't want me to fast

and the curezoners feel I didn't fast long enough

can't please anyone, I guess
